Picture this….
You wake up and laying in bed. Now close your eyes again and start walking through your day. We all have a general routine we walk through in the morning before we start our day.
When going through this routine think of everything.
Sight
Taste
Feel
Smell
Sound
Picture everything you do on a typical Monday morning: the aroma of freshly brewed coffee wafting through the air, the gentle bristles of your toothbrush gliding across your teeth, the warm water cascading over your body in the shower, the meticulous process of getting ready for the day ahead. As you step into your car, the engine purrs to life, ready to transport you to your workplace.
Now, let your imagination run wild and envision your ideal day at work. Picture yourself effortlessly tackling tasks, effortlessly navigating through meetings, and effortlessly collaborating with your colleagues. Visualize a workspace that is not only organized but also inspiring, with motivational quotes adorning the walls and vibrant plants breathing life into the atmosphere.
By using this mental exercise to plan your day, you can effectively eliminate any potential anxiety that may arise on a Monday morning. With a clear vision of how you want your day to unfold, you can proactively shape your week to align with your desires and aspirations.

This is a technique used by many athletes to predict their game play and outcome. Does it always happen exactly as we visualize? No. Does it have a much better chance to? Yes. We can prepare for all aspects of our day or week.
We can use visualization for so many things in life and it’s such an easy tool at our disposal but how often do we forget about it. This one thing can set the tone for an amazing week by starting with Monday. Making this a habit can be so powerful and add so much value.
We’re busy people so we often come up with excuses to not do things that potentially help us. What is 10 minutes before you get out of bed to plan a successful day and or week?
There are many visualization techniques. Personally I like to do it right as I wake up as our subconscious mind is more susceptible to suggestion. This is also a quiet time around the house. Or in my office before I get ready sitting back in my chair with nothing going on around me.
Monday is the start of your week go into it with intent and excitement. Visualize your goals plan them and achieve them. Celebrate the mini successes. Use this powerful tool to have an amazing week!
